Facing a December Compliance Deadline?

Freedman Consulting, Inc. is an accredited provider in Pennsylvania.  Our seminars also qualify for credit in New Jersey and many other self-reporting states.

Distance Education

Our seminars count as distance or alternative education. In Pennsylvania you may take 4 credits per year as distance education. In New Jersey you may take 1/2 of your credits as alternative credits. Other states have different rules on how many credits may be distance or alternative.

Our Seminars - Your Convenience

All of our current seminars are pre-recorded and available at your convenience. If you need to take a seminar at 10:59 pm on December 31, you may feel free to do so. Just be sure you complete the seminar by 11:59 pm.

Our seminars are viewable on your computer, tablet or phone. You can take them where and when you like. Just make sure you install the correct software (a video player and a pdf reader.) See Help for more information.

Complete the seminar(s) by December 31 & send in your Attestation form by January 8

If you are in a December compliance period please download and complete any seminars no later than December 31.  Pennsylvania attorneys, after you view the seminar please complete and send your attestation form to us no later than January 8, 2012.

We will report your credits within 30 days as required by the PA CLE Board's Rules and your credit will be counted towards your December compliance requirements.

New Jersey attorneys and those who are members of a Bar in self-reporting states, keep your attestation form as a record of your attendance. If you require a signed record attendance from Freedman Consulting, Inc, please contact us and we will provide one.

If you believe our seminar qualifies for credit in another state, please contact us and we will assist as we are able.
